How the Integration Works

Sonant isn’t a bolt-on for Momentum AMP—it’s built in. Agencies access Sonant directly from the Momentum AMP left navigation menu under Momentum Toolbox → Sonant. After entering credentials and clicking Subscribe, AI calling becomes available under Momentum AI → Call Assistant.

From that point, Sonant handles inbound and outbound calls with full access to your Momentum AMP data. Client records, policy details, renewal dates, and account history are all available to the AI during live conversations. After every call, structured notes, tasks, and interaction records flow back into Momentum AMP automatically.

Activation: 3 Steps Inside Your AMS

1. Navigate to Momentum Toolbox from the AMS left navigation menu, then select Sonant
2. Enter your credentials — Customer ID and API Key provided by Sonant
3. Click Subscribe to activate AI Calling, which appears under Momentum AI → Call Assistant
